How to Use: The dosage rates of Egg Powder depends upon the usage. If you are mixing it with water to reconstitute an egg consistency use 10g of powder and 70ml of water = 80g of liquid egg white. Always use a blender when mixing with liquids. Egg White Powder dissolves best in water at temperature of 35-40°C.
