MSM (Methyl-sulfonyl-methane) is the fourth most abundant mineral in the human body. It is an organosulphur compound that is naturally found in humans, animals and plants. MSM is a form of sulphur which is used as a sulphur donor which helps produce other chemicals in the body.  It is considered a potentiator of most vitamins, minerals and other nutrients such as Vitamin C, Coenzyme Q10 and amino acids. It improves the cellular uptake of these nutrients and also prolongs their presence.

MSM is found in uncooked fruit and vegetables, fish, meat and milk but is often missing from today’s diet due to cooking and processing.

Although commonly found in the body, supplementing the diet with MSM is thought to promote healthy skin, hair, nails and is also used by many to help maintain flexible joints.

Many people take between 1-4gms per day, starting slowly with say a ¼ teaspoon twice per day. A ¼ of a teaspoon is roughly 1gm.

Methoxy Sulphonyl Methane (MSM) is 100% pure crystalline powder. There are no fillers, flow or bulking agents that are often present in some products.
